job responsibilties
•Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with business goals.
•Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviews,
•Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
•Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that enhances employee satisfaction and productivity.
•Serve as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing grievances, concerns, and workplace conflicts.
•Organize employee engagement programs such as recognition awards, team-building activities, and
wellness initiatives.
•Design and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate and improve employee productivity.
•Collaborate with department heads to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals for employees.
•Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development guidance to employees.
•Conduct regular one-on-one feedback sessions with employees to discuss career growth and Compensation & Benefits Management
•Oversee salary structures and compensation plans to ensure market competitiveness.
•Manage the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and
bonuses.
•Ensure payroll processes comply with government regulations and tax laws.
•Ensure the organization’s HR policies comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and workplace safety standards
requirements
•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources Management,Business administration Industrial relations or any related field
•Additional HR certification such as CIPM,SHRM-CP, PHRS ,SPHR are as plus
•4+ years of progressive experience in HR roles with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisor position
•Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
•Leadership and team management skills with the ability to collaborate with executives.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
•Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills to handle workplace disputes professionally.
•Analytical and problem-solving skills to use data-driven insights for HR decisions.
•Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
•Adaptability and innovation in implementing new HR trends and handling organizational changes.
