job responsibilties
Collaborate in managing relationships with partners and stakeholders to foster effective communication and synergy.
– Ensure the quality of content and notifications aligns with product management objectives, both for new and existing products.
– Identify opportunities for system enhancements that can enhance productivity and elevate the quality of products.
– Promptly address escalated issues involving the products and services, and following up for timely resolutions.
– Provide comprehensive product management and support for products, ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations.
– Monitoring and managing multiple marketing campaign promotions and lottery draws, which are run for various software products, and within their calendars.
– Organizing product promotion draws and events
requirements
Bachelor’s degree in the Sciences, Social Sciences, or related fields.
– 2 to 4 years’ experience in a Project Management role.
– Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or experience is a key advantage but
not mandatory.
– Advanced skills in the usage of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (emphasis on Excel).
– Should have some background of working in any Software/Applications deployment projects.
– Project Management experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
– Very good knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
– Ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
– Ability to manage effective project teams.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
