REPORTING ANALYST

Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. •Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights to support business decision-making. •Design and create comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting platforms. •Ensure reports meet business requirements and are easy to understand and actionable. •Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy. •Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, marketing, and sales, to understand reporting needs. •Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. •Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain data integrity. •Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues. • Monitor report performance and accuracy, identifying areas for enhancement. •Stay updated on reporting tools, technologies, and best practices to improve reporting capabilities. •Provide ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by stakeholders. •Support strategic initiatives with custom data analyses and insights.
