job responsibilties
Plan, initiate, and oversee telecom infrastructure projects, including wireless networks, fiber optics, and related systems.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Manage project budgets, tracking costs to avoid overruns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
Mitigate risks and resolve project challenges promptly.
Ensure all projects comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Oversee day-to-day telecom production activities, ensuring operational efficiency.
Monitor the performance of telecom systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery.
Collaborate with the maintenance and support teams to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
Optimize production workflows for maximum efficiency and resource utilization.
Lead project teams by providing clear direction, motivation, and performance feedback.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on project status and production performance.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge
requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred
Minimum 3-4years of experience in telecom project management or production operations.
Proven track record of managing large-scale telecom projects from initiation to completion
