•Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s client base. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. •Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales deals. •Develop and execute sales strategies and proposals. •Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitor activities * Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals •Prepare reports and provide insights on business development activities and performance •Monthly/quarterly revenue targets achieved. * Number of new clients onboarded. * Percentage of client retention and satisfaction.

requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar roles. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. * Market research and strategic planning abilities. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
