job responsibilties
Support the Project Manager in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets.
•Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and expectations.
•Track project progress, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
•Assist in resolving issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
•Prepare project reports and documentation for internal and client use.
•Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
•Schedule and attend project meetings, documenting and sharing minutes of meetings when required.
•Monitor the quality of work to ensure it aligns with the company’s standards.
•Manage the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring they are on-site as required and in good condition.
•Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
•Maintain an inventory of materials and tools required for ongoing and upcoming projects
requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture or related field.
•1–2 years of experience in project coordination or management within construction or interior design industries.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
•Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello) and office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
•Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
•A valid driver’s license may be required.
