job responsibilties
•Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning, through the design and production stages, to final installation and handover. This includes setting timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring all project phases align with client specifications.
•Work closely with carpenters, production staff, BD, and other stakeholders within the company to ensure efficient project execution.
•Supervise and monitor all production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project scope. Manage on-site activities during installation to maintain timelines and deliver exceptional results.
•Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined scope and client expectations.
•Implement quality control measures throughout the project stages to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain open communication with clients to provide updates and address any changes in project requirements.
requirements
•Prior experience in managing projects, particularly in the woodwork/ furniture manufacturing sector, is highly advantageous.
•Strong organizational and coordination skills, with an eye for detail to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
•Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and clients.
•Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
•Candidate should be residing around the office environs
