FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

•Oversee all financial reporting processes for the multi-family office and client portfolios, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations. •Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. •Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the family office and clients, aligning budgets with long-term financial goals. •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement financial controls to manage financial risk. •Lead audit processes and manage relationships with external auditors to ensure the integrity of financial reporting •Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with bankers, wealth managers, auditors, consultants, tax advisors, and regulators to support financial oversight and client objectives •Manage accounting for special projects, including real estate investments, private equity deals, and philanthropic initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking and financial reporting •Oversee financial transactions, including investments, disbursements, and fund transfers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements. •Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, maintaining strong financial control systems for accurate transaction processing.
