job responsibilties
•Design compensation and benefits packages
•Implement performance review procedures .
•Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
•Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
•Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
•Monitor HR department’s budget
•Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
•Manage employees’ grievances
•Create and run referral bonus programs
•Measure employee retention and turnover rates
•Oversee daily operations of the HR department
requirements
•Proven working experience as HR Executive or other related roles
•People oriented and results driven
•Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
•Knowledge of HR systems and databases
•Proficient in the use of some HR softwares
•Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
•Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
•Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
