•Certification in production and inventory management ( e.g, CPIM).
•Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.
•2 years of experience in a production management role.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
•Proficiency in production management software (e.g, ERP systems).
•Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
