job responsibilties
Oversee the entire project life cycle, from planning and design to construction and handover.
•Develop project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
•Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
•Monitor project progress, identify issues and risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes of practice.
•Lead project team meetings, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of three years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry.
•Strong knowledge of construction methods and techniques, building codes and regulations, and project management best practices.
•Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Strong computer skills, including proficiency in project management software, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
