job responsibilties
Recruiting and training outlet staff
Establish outlet employees KPIs, schedules and policies
Ensure staff comply to all health and safety regulations.
Manage all operations to the highest standards •
Design menus with the Creative Director and ensure all outlets are in-line with these menus
Create reports regarding sales and productivity and give recommendations accordingly.
Coordinate supplies ordering and delivery for store operations
Conduct store visits to check on operations and compliance
Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to concerns
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Proactively seek ways to enhance the organization’s offerings, operational processes, and customer satisfaction.
requirements
Proven experience of 5years in business and Operations management or a related field, preferably in the food and beverage sector
Demonstrated success in business & operations management, development plans, establishing partnerships, and achieving growth targets.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business development and marketing plans.
knowledge of restaurant management software
Adept at building and maintaining relationships with governing institutions and industry stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
