Our Client is a beauty and wellness centre (spa)
job responsibilties
– Ensure that customers are well received and attended to
– Ensure customers are satisfied with the services the company renders
• Record day to day financial transactions in the spa
• Handle customer complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
• Follow up with clients to check that they are satisfied
Work schedule: Tuesdays – Saturdays (9:30 am – 7pm, Sundays (3pm-6pm)
requirements
The client is looking to hire a book keeper with experience in providing client relations support.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Customer Service officer with book keeping experience
• Basic accounting knowledge and data entry skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
– Excellent communication abilities
– Proximity to Company location is advised
