job responsibilties
• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.
• Handle customer complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer account.
• Handle the book keeping, update transactions and create balance sheet report for the business
• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
• Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers
• Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Book keeper or Customer Service officer
• Basic accounting knowledge and data entry skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Produce work with a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of basic accounting software’s or other applications
