job responsibilties
• Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
• Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
• Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
• Creating and distributing guidelines and documents about company policies
• Assist with performance management procedures.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Booking and arranging travels, transport, and accommodation for staff
• Oversee and manage all HR and Admin operations
requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related.
• Minimum 2-3 years prior experience in HR/admin assistant role
• 28 years of age and below is preferred.
• Effective HR administration and people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to operate general office equipment.
• Should reside within Oshodi – Isolo and its environs
