MEDICAL CENTRE MANAGER

our client is a healthcare company in Lagos
• Clinic Manager to lead / manage the day-to-day operations of medical centers/facilities staffed by admin, nurses, and physicians providing multiple specialties and services. • Establishes and maintains a positive and safe work environment, solve any arising dispute covering all facility hours, and work on delivering a class-leading quality-oriented customer service to patients. • Supervise observance to time and attendance policies and applicable documentation, and align with staff and Call Centre. • Accountable for evaluation of staff performance, resolving complex patient inquiries or issues, and presentation of clear and structured reports for higher level management. • Confirm that incidents are documented properly with Quality Investigation Forms, Medication Event Forms, Employee Injury Reports, etc. and aligned with staff and Call Center. • Prepares and monitors budgets, accountable to order medical and non-medical equipment and supplies, follow procurement processes, coordinate material, and resources allocation. • Oversees medical / non-medical equipment maintenance of the facility following all manufacturer guidelines and according to company policy, coordinates with facility management. • Liaise with other managers / business leaders across the organization to ensure that our strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the organization and align with the entities, overall objectives. • Have to understand and ensure that all activities are conducted accurately, ethically, and according to the relevant policies, procedures, comply with mandatory codes of conduct, healthcare rules and regulations, company standards, compliance and ethics guide, as well to understand and adhere to the laws, local legal and/or regulatory requirements.
Academic/Professional: Bachelor’s degree from reputable university is a must. Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience in managing profit centers and lean six sigma certification/ experience is a plus. Healthcare centers/ facilities or medical insurance or Healthcare Out Patient department background is a plus. Demonstrated experience with metrics and analysis including workforce planning, productivity, SLAs and KPIs required.
