Start Date: 03/01/2023 Job Responsibilities • Reviewing plans and designs created by architects to ensure compliance with city planning and environmental regulations; • Communicating with management to discuss project goals and expectations; • Overseeing the hiring of subcontractors as needed projects; • Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed on site; • Coordinating with other team members to schedule work activities and track progress; • Maintaining records of work performed on each project including expenses and materials used; • Managing the project budget by ordering supplies and labor as needed; • Ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity is upheld at all times; • Being flexible, adaptable and available to take on other tasks or duties as they arise; • “Always consult” by providing management with the very best service and advice to nurture relationships. • Take responsibility for own continuous professional development by proactively identifying and participating in formal/informal learning opportunities.
