job responsibilties
• Typing, compiling and preparing report, presentations and correspondence
• Engaging with prospective candidates via emails
• Approaching candidates on jobs available
• Compiling candidate resume together and sending to client
• Scheduling candidates for an interview and confirming availability
• Liaison with facilitators
requirements
• Graduate of any discipline
• Minimum of 1-year Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant
• Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan, schedule, and execute office related events
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
