job responsibilties

• Formulate, develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures that are in compliance with the law – Respond and attend to to employee complaints on health and safety related issues • Conduct risk assessment and highlight areas of potential risks within the organization • Conduct employee trainings on areas of risk in their work and how they can be managed • Ensure safe working procedures are implemented and that health and safety requirements are prioritized within the organization. – Developing and executing healthy and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines – Monitor employee conformity to safety laws and policies – Handle workers compensation claims in the event of a workplace accident


• 7-9 years of experience in health and safety management related roles • Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines • Must be HSE certified • Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment • Good organizational, leadership and motivational skills • Ability to recognize when safety conditions need improvement
