job responsibilties
• Acts as confidential executive assistant to the Executive Leadership; provides a wide variety of administrative support; resolve concerns and complaints in a timely and accurate manner; follow up with staff as necessary for detailed information to be included in response.
• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the executive office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.

• Gathers and analyses data on a variety of administrative and policy matters; develops recommendations and prepares and presents related reports.
• Experience with social media management, graphics design and content creation. Able to take photos, video editing for social media
• Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written).

• Minimum of 2 year’s experience in an executive assistant role and social media experience.
• Manage the social media platforms of the brand, improve visibility and engage online audience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain key relationships internally and externally.
• Self-motivated and directed with a keen eye for detail
