job responsibilties

  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Assist in supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Assist in monitoring the performance of the sales team.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
  • Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
  • Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.

requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent client relation skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suit
  • Knowledge and experience using effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
